DREW BEVILL
I am a proud, lifelong resident of Blytheville, Arkansas, and I am committed to the growth of my beloved hometown. I am a graduate of Blytheville High School, ANC College, Blytheville Chamber’s Leadership Institute, and a member of the first Baptist Church. Over the past 15 years, I have served on the Chamber of Commerce Boards (and various subcommittees) for both Blytheville and Osceola, Main Street Blytheville Board of Directors, Volunteer Committee Board for Mayfest, and volunteered with Blytheville High School Future Farmers of America.
I began my lawn mowing business at the age of 12 and incorporated into Drew Bevill Lawn Care (DBLC) at the age of 17. Over 25 years later, I am proud to continue to work for many of my original residential and commercial customers! DBLC prides itself on the longevity of our relationships with our customers; we have over 700 current customers who utilize one or more of our services, and I routinely provide personal follow-up with our customers. I believe that good communication is paramount to customer satisfaction and retention. We are open year-round and employee 12 crewmembers and one office manager - many of whom have been a part of DBLC for between 5 and 17 years. Drew Bevill Lawn Care received the Pride in Property award in 2012 and was voted Blytheville Small Business of the Year in 2015. Depending on the season, DBLC activities include herbicide, fertilizer, leaf removal, trimming shrubs and trees, mulching flowerbeds, planting trees, shrubs, and annuals, mowing, and dirt work projects. We remain very busy through the winter with snow and ice management and live poinsettia and Christmas tree sales. I am grateful to receive this award because I am truly proud to be a resident and business owner in this fine town. |
